Do we need a diagnosis to attend?
Not at all. This retreat is designed for neurodiverse couples whether or not you’ve received a formal diagnosis.
What if one of us talks a lot and the other shuts down?
That’s actually very common—and we create space for both styles. No one is forced to process on demand. We build safety from the start.
I’m nervous about doing relationship work. What if I say the wrong thing?
