Autism, ADHD, & Complex Trauma Therapist and Coach
Steady, Thoughtful Support for Neurodivergent Individuals, Couples & Leaders
Welcome
Hi, I’m Barbara (Blaze) Lazarony, MA, LMFT, a licensed therapist, advanced certified coach, and fellow neurodivergent human walking this winding path of love and life alongside you.
My work is shaped by both lived experience and professional depth. As someone who has navigated neurodivergent relationships personally and supported them clinically, I understand the layered challenges — and strengths — that come with this wiring.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in corporate and nonprofit leadership and in complex business roles. That background continues to inform my approach, allowing me to support individuals, couples, and leaders with real-world insight, systems thinking, and grounded perspective.
Whether you’re seeking clarity around a diagnosis, longing for deeper connection in your relationship, or looking for affirming support that truly honors how you’re wired, you’re in the right place.
My Mission: To Help You Feel Safe in Your Truth
I work with sensitive, intuitive, and neurodivergent adults and couples who are ready to step out of masking, over-functioning, and the quiet ache of feeling unseen.
Whether you’re navigating Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, trauma, or relational disconnection, you deserve support that honors the full complexity of who you are.
My mission is simple: to help you feel safe enough to live more honestly, with yourself and with the people you love.
Together, we create pathways toward:
-
Deeper self-understanding
-
More authentic connection
-
Sustainable, integrated healing
This is support that affirms your identity — not pathologizes it.
My Modalities and Services for Neurodiversity
Neurodiverse Couples Therapy & Coaching
Specialized support for neurodivergent individuals and couples navigating Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, shutdowns, masking, and patterns of miscommunication.
Couples work here is steady and depth-oriented. We slow down long enough to understand what is actually happening beneath conflict — how each nervous system responds, where misattunement occurs, and how emotional safety can be rebuilt.
This is not about fixing one another.
It’s about learning how to move toward each other with clarity, consent, and dignity.
Therapy & Coaching for Partners of Neurodivergent Adults
Support for partners who may feel unseen, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected within a neurodivergent relationship.
Whether you are neurotypical or neurodivergent yourself, this space allows you to sort through patterns without blame or self-erasure. Together, we clarify needs, restore steadiness, and create room for more honest connection.
You deserve support, too.
Individual Therapy & Coaching for Autism, ADHD & Complex Trauma
Depth-oriented support for late-diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent adults exploring identity, sensory needs, trauma healing, and life transitions.
This work moves at a sustainable pace. We focus on integration — not performance. The goal is not to become someone else, but to understand and live more honestly as who you already are.
Change here is thoughtful, embodied, and lasting.
Adult Autism Assessments
Neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based evaluations for high-masking or late-identified adults seeking clarity and language for their lived experience.
Assessments are comprehensive and trauma-informed. They are designed to provide understanding — not simply a label — so you can move forward with greater self-trust and confidence.
Adult ADHD & AuDHD Assessments
Thorough, strengths-aware assessments that illuminate ADHD and AuDHD traits while offering practical insight into emotional regulation, executive functioning, and everyday patterns.
The goal is clarity that supports real-life integration.
Private Neurodiverse Couples Retreats
A two-day private immersive experience designed to restore emotional safety, deepen intimacy, and strengthen connection — without pressure or overwhelm.
This retreat offers focused, structured support in a contained environment where you can step away from daily stress and reconnect with intention.
Neurodiverse Couples Support Groups
Small-group circles for couples seeking shared understanding, thoughtful dialogue, and ongoing relational growth.
These groups are paced and intentional — spaces where depth is welcomed and complexity is respected.
Book: Unmasked Self-Acceptance
Unmasked Self-Acceptance is a collection of 365 gentle reflections and affirmations designed to support the process of unmasking and coming home to yourself.
Each daily reflection offers a quiet touchpoint — guiding you away from the exhaustion of performing societal expectations and toward a deeper, internal sense of belonging.
First to yourself.
Then within your closest relationships.
And eventually, more authentically, in the wider world.
This book is part of the ecosystem of this work — a steady companion in the ongoing process of integration.

What You Can Expect Here
I care deeply about how change happens — not just that it happens.
Your pace will be respected.
I don’t rush nervous systems. I don’t create pressure to move faster than your body can integrate. Growth here is thoughtful, steady, and sustainable.
Clarity comes first.
I believe understanding yourself is more powerful than being motivated. You’ll receive careful language, real structure, and depth — so you can build self-trust, not just temporary momentum.
You will be met with dignity.
Your neurodivergence is not something I’m here to fix. You are capable, complex, and whole. My role is to help you integrate what’s already true—not to change who you are.
If you’re looking for a space that moves with depth, clarity, and respect, you may feel at home here.
